SHIPPING
All orders placed by 4:00 P.M. (EST) will be shipped the same day via UPS ground. (Unless otherwise specified) When there is an exception or a back order it may be the next day or two. Clinical Supply Company will notify you by phone or E-mail that there is a delay so please make sure all contact information in your account is correct.
RETURNS
-UNOPENED ITEMS- We will fully refund you for any unopened item for any reason (shipping not included) within 30 days of the original purchase date.
-OPENED ITEMS- Must be in sellable (as-new) condition, in the original packaging.
1) You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of all incorrectly orderd items.
2) If we shipped you the wrong product by mistake, a UPS return shipping label will be issued to return the product.
3) Items that have been opened, or are clearly not in a sellable (as-new) condition will not receive a refund or credit.
RETURN PROCESS
To make a return, simply call 800-468-0188 or E-mail us at Clinicalsupply@fuse.net regarding the item to be returned.
1) We will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) so you can send the item back; as well discuss all details for the return.
2) Please make sure box and contents are securely packaged.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING.
1) Any Item after 30 days
2) Items damaged due to negligent opening (cuts, scratches, punctured bottles etc.) be careful opening product with any sharp object.
